Our History

B&M Racing Equipment started in the family garage in Southwestern Ontario about 33 years ago. Through hard work in the shop and long hours at the track, Burt McColl built stock cars that set the standard throughout Ontario and the Northern United States.

Mike McColl bought the business in 1988 and in the last 25 years he continues to improve its reputation each year by building winning race cars for all stock car divisions in Canada. Burt is still very much involved with the designs of the 20 -30 racecars that they build each year.

In April of 2012 McColl Racing Enterprises moved into its new 11,450sq ft location located at 80 Bessemer Road, in London Ontario. McColl Racing provides race teams with what they need to win. From a basic frame to a complete car, the 14 person staff works with each team to build a car to suit their needs and their budgets. Providing performance tested parts from a variety of suppliers, McColl Racing also builds several of their own components.

The NASCAR Canadian Tire Series has trusted McColl Racing to be their track side supplier. You can also find the McColl Racing parts trailer at Delaware Speedway weekly events and is their distributor of Hoosier Tires. In 2012, McColl Racing became Southwestern Ontario’s newest dealer of US Legend Cars.
